Nadi Shuddhi Pranayama

Breathing techniques that cleanse and awaken the subtle body.

Nadi Shuddhi Pranayama

is the yogic science of purifying the energy channels (nadis) within. These channels carry prāṇa, the life force, through the system. When they are blocked or imbalanced, restlessness, disease, and suffering arise.

Through rhythmic alternate-nostril breathing, the seeker balances Ida and Pingala nadis, allowing sushumna to awaken. As the prana begins to flow freely, inner clarity, calm, and awareness blossom.

This practice is the gateway to deeper meditation and energetic awakening.
