Beginner Asanas

To support the body in its transformation, Guru introduced foundational postures for seekers on the yogic path.

Beginner Asanas

are not mere physical exercises. Each posture is a sacred gesture that brings balance to the body's structure and awakens the awareness of the inner temple.

Through rhythmic alternate-nostril breathing, the seeker balances Idā and Piṇgalā nāḍis, allowing Suṇumā to awaken. As the prāṇa begins to flow freely, inner clarity, calm, and awareness blossom.

With simple, steady practice, the seeker builds:

  • Stability – grounding oneself like the sacred Meru.
  • Flexibility – opening the body like the blooming of a lotus.
  • Awareness – feeling each movement as an offering to the Divine within.

As the body becomes a conscious instrument, it prepares the seeker for the subtler realms of yogic sādhana.
